Because i'm outside your organisation, our conversations are focused on you and the situation you're navigating.
And because i've spent nearly 20 years working in complex corporate environments, I understand that the answer isn't always simple, and often there are many paths to take. In my own career I have experienced change in many ways, navigating a new country and ways of working, stepping up within my team to traverse the tricky situation of managing my peers. Returning to work after three separate parental leaves, taking project secondments and creating roles from scratch. As well as experiencing redundancy and its career disruption. All of this lived experience has lead me to here.
